Transferring Funds to Us
Your clients have probably been paying non-refundable administration fees to their current SMSF administrator for the 2020 financial year’s work so they’ll be reluctant to shift and have to pay again. Under our special offer commencing 1 May 2020, provided we are advised of the transferring fund’s name by 30 June 2020, and we receive an application by 31 July 2020, we will waive our standard administration fees for the completion of the 2019 – 2020 accounts. The only fees will be third party, audit, actuarial, ancillary and statutory charges (as applicable) which are payable when the 2019-2020 accounts are completed. That’s a saving of up to $1,920.

Importantly, our reasonable expectation is that funds that transfer to our service under this special offer will remain with us for at least 3 full fee-paying years unless they leave your influence, the fund is wound up due to the death of a member or our service standards fail. This offer is not applicable to funds that are intended to be wound up or to those that are only given to us to “fix”. We are confident that we can rely on your good will to utilise this concession fairly.
Our standard monthly fees will apply from 1 July 2020.
We will waive our base fee administration fees for the completion of the 2020 financials for any funds that are established from 1 May to 30 June 2020. Establishment (Cost of trust deed & corporate trustee), third party, audit and ancillary fees will still apply.
