This policy applies to all employees, contractors, and associates of SMSF Alliance who access our digital resources.

We comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988, the NDB scheme, and adhere to the guidelines set forth by the ACSC.

  • Employees: Must adhere to the policy, participate in our Cyber threat training and report any suspected security incidents.
  • IT Department: Responsible for implementing and maintaining security measures.

  • Data: All data is held in secure environments protected by multiple physical and digital systems.
  • Access Control: Access to sensitive information is restricted to authorized personnel only.
  • Regular Updates: Software and security patches are regularly updated to mitigate vulnerabilities.
  • Training: Employees receive regular cybersecurity training.

Incident Response In the event of a security breach, we will:

  • Immediately investigate the incident.
  • Mitigate the impact to protect data and systems.
  • Notify affected parties and relevant authorities in compliance with the NDB scheme.
