“SMSFs vs Large APRA Funds” is rather long for an animated video but covers all the differences between the two major fund choices. It doesn’t “push” SMSFs and may just as easily cause a prospective new SMSF trustee to decide against an SMSF as to decide in favour. It is a powerful qualifier.

“Do You Qualify for an SMSF?” focusses on reasons why the ATO will reject an application and encourages trustee self-assessment before going to the expense of creating a fund.

“Don’t Ignore the ATO” explains what happens if a new fund trustee is required to speak directly to the ATO but doesn’t.

“What Might the ATO Ask You” works in conjunction with the previous video and lowers the new trustee’s fear factor that could prevent them from returning the ATO’s call.
