As you know, we are always seeking ways of improving our service offering to you, our alliance partners.

The SMSF administration process requires us to gather information and documentation to substantiate the Financial Statement data each year. We try to gather much of this independently with as little disruption to your team as possible but, on occasion, we do need your assistance when the information is unavailable to us. Sometimes it’s unavailable because we don’t know where to find it or, most frequently, because we don’t have the necessary permissions to do so.

To continue to improve our service to you, we’d really appreciate it if you could discuss this matter with your team members and identify areas where you believe we are asking you for information we should be able to source elsewhere.  As we are entering the current audit season your early attention to this matter would be most helpful so that we can implement any suggestions you may have.
